Burleson took a breather this month. Median sales price eased 2.9% to $332,100, and closed sales dropped 16.7% to 70 — a noticeably quieter month for completed deals. Inventory tightened too, down 8.3% to 277 homes on the market, while new listings held fairly steady at 87, just 1.1% off August. The bright spot is speed: homes that do sell are moving faster, with median days on market down 11.8% to 45, and months of supply easing to 3.5. Price per square foot came in at $167, down 6.7% from last month.
In plain terms: Burleson is cooling off a touch, not stalling out. Prices came down slightly and fewer homes closed, but what's on the market is still finding buyers at a decent clip. If you're selling, pricing it right matters more than it did a few months ago. If you're buying, you've got a little more room to breathe than you did over the summer — just don't expect it to last forever.
