The Tarrant Appraisal District has recently rolled out several changes to its appraisal policies that could impact you as a homeowner. Here’s what you need to know:

2. Value Freeze: Property values are frozen until 2026.

3. 5% Increase Threshold: Appraisals can't increase more than 5% without strong evidence.
