I recently helped a sweet couple buy a brand-new construction home. They also needed to sell their current home, which they had already agreed to sell to an investor through a different agent. That agent was hard to reach, and my clients were frustrated and unsure who to trust, so I stepped in as the go-between to keep everyone talking.

Then came the bumps in the road. My client broke her hip, so we scheduled a mobile notary to come to her for closing. Next we learned her driver's license had expired, and she couldn't get to the DMV or renew it online. The title company said we needed a notary who had known her for at least 10 years. We found one, and then learned that notary had to be approved in the title company's system too. One hurdle at a time, we kept finding a solution.
