Top 250 Fort Worth Realtor Out of Over 60,000 DFW Agents

Top 250 Fort Worth Realtor Out of Over 60,000 DFW Agents

The Dallas–Fort Worth real estate market is one of the largest and most competitive markets in the country. With over 60,000 licensed real estate agents across DFW, standing out takes more than just experience — it takes trust, consistency, and strong results for buyers and sellers.

That’s why I’m incredibly honored to share that I was named a Fort Worth Real Producers Top 250 Agent for 2026, ranking #103 out of nearly 15,000 agents in the Fort Worth market alone.

What This Ranking Really Means

To put these numbers into perspective, the majority of real estate agents sell only 1–3 homes per year. Being ranked among the Top 250 agents in Fort Worth reflects consistent production, deep market knowledge, and — most importantly — long-term client trust.

This recognition isn’t about awards or titles. It’s about the buyers and sellers who trusted me to guide them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

A Competitive DFW Market Requires Local Expertise

Buying or selling a home in Mansfield, Fort Worth, Arlington, or the surrounding DFW area isn’t the same as it was a few years ago. Inventory shifts, interest rates change, and pricing strategies matter more than ever.

Local expertise makes a difference when it comes to:

  • Pricing a home correctly from day one

  • Navigating multiple-offer situations

  • Understanding neighborhood-level trends

  • Knowing how school zones, commute times, and resale value impact decisions

Helping families make smart real estate choices in a fast-moving market is something I take seriously — and something I’m grateful to do every day.

Built on Trust, Referrals, and Relationships

This achievement has nothing to do with me alone. It’s the result of:

  • Clients who trusted me to sell their homes

  • Buyers who leaned on my guidance during competitive purchases

  • Past clients who referred friends and family

  • Long-term relationships built on honesty and clear communication

Every showing, listing appointment, contract negotiation, and closing represents a real family and a real story. That trust is never taken lightly.

Serving Mansfield, Fort Worth & the Greater DFW Area

As a local Mansfield and Fort Worth real estate agent, my focus has always been on providing clear guidance, realistic expectations, and strong advocacy for my clients.

Whether you’re:

  • Thinking about selling your home

  • Buying your first home

  • Moving up or downsizing

  • Or just curious about your home’s value

I’m always happy to help you understand your options — with no pressure.

Thank You for the Support

To my past clients, current clients, friends, and referral partners — thank you. Your support made this possible, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving families across Mansfield, Fort Worth, and the DFW metroplex.

If you have questions about the local real estate market or need guidance on buying or selling a home, I’m always here to help.

How much home can you actually afford?

How much home can you actually afford? 🏡🤔

Let’s break down the 28% / 36% rule — the simplest way to estimate your budget.

Here’s how it works:

28% Rule
Your monthly housing payment (mortgage, taxes, insurance) should stay at or below 28% of your gross monthly income.

36% Rule
Your total monthly debts (housing + car, credit cards, student loans, etc.) should stay at or below 36% of your gross monthly income.

Quick example:
If you make $7,000/month…
• 28% rule → aim for a housing payment around $1,960
• 36% rule → all debts combined should be around $2,520

💡 Why it matters:
These guidelines help you stay comfortable, avoid being “house poor,” and make sure you qualify smoothly with lenders.

If you want me to run your numbers and help you see what price range fits your budget in today’s market, just send me a message! I’m happy to help you get started. 🤍

Top Home Updates to Make Before Selling in Mansfield, TX

The Best Home Updates to Make Before You Sell in Mansfield, TX 🏡✨

Thinking about selling your home in Mansfield, TX? One of the most common questions I get as a Mansfield realtor is:
"What repairs or updates should I make before I list my home?"

The good news? You don’t need a full renovation to get your home market-ready. A few smart updates can help your home stand out, sell faster, and even boost your final sales price.

Here’s a quick list of easy and affordable updates I always recommend to my sellers in Mansfield:

🎨 1. Fresh Paint Goes a Long Way

A clean, neutral paint job is one of the best investments you can make. Light grays, soft whites, or warm beiges make your home feel clean, bright, and inviting to buyers.

💡 2. Update the Lighting

Outdated fixtures can make a home feel older than it is. Swapping in modern, bright light fixtures is a simple way to give your home a fresh, current look without spending a ton.

🧼 3. Let the Sunshine In (Clean Those Windows!)

It’s a small thing with big impact. Clean windows let in more light and instantly make rooms feel bigger and more cheerful. This is an easy win that buyers notice right away.

🌳 4. Don’t Forget the Curb Appeal

First impressions are everything. In Mansfield, buyers often fall in love with a home before they even walk through the door. Keep your lawn trimmed, lay fresh mulch, plant a few colorful flowers, and make your front door pop with a welcome mat or seasonal wreath.

🛠️ 5. Knock Out the Minor Repairs

Loose doorknobs, dripping faucets, squeaky hinges, or cracked tiles might seem small—but buyers notice! Taking care of these little things can help your home feel well cared for and move-in ready.

🧹 6. Declutter and Depersonalize

Pack up extra items, family photos, and anything that could distract buyers. You want them to picture their life in the home—not yours.

Every home is unique, and if you're not sure where to start, I’d be happy to walk through your space and help you create a plan that makes sense for your goals and budget.

As your local Mansfield realtor, I’m here to help you prepare your home, price it right, and make the process as smooth as possible.

Why the Right Realtor Makes All the Difference: A Buyer’s Journey to the Perfect Home

Why the Right Realtor Makes All the Difference: A Buyer’s Journey to the Perfect Home

Finding the right home isn't always easy—especially in today's market. This buyer started their home search back in February and had already been through a couple of tough situations with another agent. He made offers on two preowned homes, went through inspections, and unfortunately, both deals fell through. Each home had a long list of repairs, and he made the tough (but smart) decision to walk away.

That’s when we connected.

From the very first call, I took the time to really listen to what he wanted. As a top realtor in the area, I’ve seen the ups and downs buyers go through, and I knew there had to be a better fit out there for him.

After learning more about his needs—his must-haves, budget, and ideal location—I immediately thought of a trusted builder I’ve worked with before. The home was new construction, right in his price range, and the best location I could find that came close to what he originally wanted. While it wasn’t the exact neighborhood he had in mind, the layout, quality, and value of the home were just right.

The result? A smooth process, a happy buyer, and a brand new home he’s excited to move into. 🙌

When you're working with a real estate expert in Mansfield, TX, the difference is in the details—listening, experience, and knowing where to look (even when inventory is tight).

Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or looking for new construction homes in DFW, I’m here to help make the process as stress-free and successful as possible.

Thinking about making a move? Let’s find your perfect fit.

What you need to know about pool management in Winter in Texas!

What Every Pool Owner Should Know About Winter Maintenance

Owning a pool is a luxury, especially during Mansfield’s hot summer months. But when winter rolls around, pool maintenance can become a mystery for many homeowners. If you’re a pool owner, here are five essential winter maintenance tips to keep your pool in top shape and avoid costly repairs—whether you’re using it or not.

1. Maintain Chemical Levels

Even if your pool isn’t being used, maintaining proper chemical levels is critical. Neglecting this step can lead to algae growth or chemical imbalances that require significant time and money to fix when you reopen the pool for spring.

2. Keep Water Levels Consistent

Your pool's water level plays a key role in keeping the equipment functioning properly. Evaporation happens year-round, so it’s important to add water as needed to ensure your pump and filtration system can do their jobs efficiently.

3. Clean the Pool Regularly

Don’t let winter fool you into thinking your pool can go untouched. Empty baskets, remove debris, and skim the surface regularly to prevent clogs or wear and tear on your equipment.

4. Inspect Your Equipment

A quick check on your pool’s pump, filters, and other equipment can save you from unexpected breakdowns. Routine inspections ensure everything is working smoothly and helps identify small issues before they turn into bigger, more expensive problems.

5. Run the Pump During Freezing Temperatures

During Mansfield’s colder days, running your pool pump is crucial to prevent pipes from freezing. When temperatures dip below freezing, your pool’s circulation system keeps water moving, protecting pipes and equipment from damage. In our recent artic cold spell, we’ve had our pump running for over 24 hours to ensure everything stays intact.

Why Winter Maintenance Matters

Taking care of your pool during the winter months not only preserves your investment but also saves you time and money when warmer weather returns. Proper maintenance is especially important if you’re planning to sell your home. Buyers in Mansfield, TX, often prioritize homes with well-maintained pools, as they see them as a valuable feature for summer enjoyment.

If you’re considering selling your home with a pool or are searching for a Mansfield property with the perfect outdoor oasis, I’d love to help!
