Mansfield's median sales price came in at $485,000 in September, up 7.5% from a year ago, and the median price per square foot held steady at $184. Homes did take a little longer to sell this month — median days on market rose to 52, up from 31 in August — and the typical seller received about 95.4% of their original list price. Inventory is still much tighter than last fall: 343 homes for sale (down 29% from last September) and 3.7 months of supply.
